## Architecture

GuardianSOC uses an outbound-first collection model. An authorized GuardianSOC Collector operates inside the customer's network and sends structured telemetry to the SaaS via HTTPS. The standard model does not require exposing the customer's private LAN to inbound Internet connections. Discovery must be configured only for networks and assets the customer is authorized to monitor.

## Multi-tenancy

The service supports platform administrators, Partner organizations and customer organizations. Partners can manage their own customer portfolio within segregated tenant boundaries.

## Authentication

The private area supports TOTP two-factor authentication configured through a QR Code, recovery codes, role-based access control and audit logging.

## Data collection principles

GuardianSOC is intended for security and IT governance. It is not designed by default for keylogging, continuous employee screenshots, microphone recording or continuous capture of camera video streams. Data collection is configurable and must be limited to an authorized purpose and perimeter.
